LANGNESE

Sarah Langnese
Hi, I am Sarah. Born and raised in Berlin-Schöneberg. And this was my journey so far:
Digital & Media
2010-2014
I started my career in marketing (especially online marketing). After a short excursion into copy editing, I worked on SEO in several stations, including Rocket Internet.
After that, I took my first steps between media and culture: At ARTE in Strasbourg, I was able to combine the two perfectly.
Arts & Culture
2014-2016
After my BA in Cultural Studies and a bi-national MA in French-German Studies at ENS de Lyon and University of Freiburg, I threw myself headfirst into the Berlin art and culture scenes.
At Public Art Lab Berlin, I worked on European cooperation projects, media and digital art projects:
-
Festivals & local art events
-
symposia & publications
-
project management for a large three-year cooperation project with 11 European partners and more...
Facilitation & Moderation
2016-2021
Another step brought me to Kulturprojekte Berlin, where I created a framework for knowledge transfer through a program including various formats for art, culture, and creative professionals:
-
Workshops
-
ideation formats
-
panels on digital topics (e.g. on NFT, self-publishing, new work) and facilitation of various formats (workshops, networking events, info sessions, livestreams and more)
Digital Transformation & Product Ownership
2022
In a further step on my journey, I merged facilitation, consulting and agile work. On the one hand, as product owner I was responsible for one workstream of ifok's digital strategy. At the same time, I developed concepts for digital event formats, design thinking, participation processes and digital strategies and advised on them at EU, federal and state level.
Consulting, Facilitation, Concept design, Project lead
Since 2023
Since 2023, I have been consolidating all my experience with focuses on strategic consulting, concept design, facilitation, and project leadership. I particularly enjoy working on projects and with organisations that seek to effect societal change, aspiring to do things differently or improve them. My special thematic focuses are on supporting public welfare-oriented AI and TechForGood projects.
